The savings from this program intended to be allocated to stretch resources for patients in need, is being used to drive profits over public service. Here’s what we know and what you can do to help:

NICA drafted a comprehensive packet detailing our concerns surrounding 340B program abuse and the impact on patients’ access to provider-administered drugs.

NICA sent an email with the attached letter – as well as the packet with our concerns on the program abuse – to the US Secretary of Health and Human Services, Alex Azar.

NICA sent 645 emails with the following letter in addition to our comprehensive packet of concerns surrounding the program abuse to certain House of Representative congressional offices and their staff.

NICA sent 87 emails with the attached letter and the comprehensive packet with our concerns on the program abuse to certain Senator offices and their staff.
