Best Practices: Negotiating Contracts

    NICA has been contacted by several individuals interested in starting an Infusion Center, both Ambulatory Infusion Centers and physician practices that want to incorporate an in-office infusion service line of business into their practice. One area in which we are seeing them struggle is negotiating contracts. Infusion providers, where did you start when you were setting up your Infusion Center? Any helpful resources out there? Best practices?
