Hi, our site was inspected by the Board of Pharmacy and issued citations for “compounding” medications i.e. Remicade, Orencia, Actemra, Rituxan, Simponi Aria, etc., without the use of a glove box/hood. We were told that according to the USP Chapter 797 that ALL areas that infuse are to adhere to the policies for compounding medications. Has anyone come across this?

    Thanks
    Donna
