I am the Director of Infusion Services for a large Rheumatology Practice. We also take outside referrals for GI indications and Multiple Sclerosis. We have not had a very robust or specific reaction protocol in place until recently. I did a lot of research and found most of my sources in the oncology world. We have decided to put an albuterol inhaler into our policy. The only inhalers I can find are multidose and $80+. We don’t want to go the nebulizer route. Anyone know if there is such a thing as an albuterol inhaler with a smaller number of doses that will be cheaper? Are there any other options that anyone has found? Obviously I know very little about the inhaler world.
    Thank you!
