First Choice Neurology is the largest neurology group in the United States with more than 41 facilities in 6 Florida counties and services at 35 major hospitals.

History: First Choice Neurology’s neurologists identified the need to care for their own patients requiring infusion treatments versus sending them out to hospitals, clinics and other locations.

As they cared for their own patients, physicians and hospitals outside their group practice began contacting them asking if they would provide infusions for their patients.

First Choice Infusion, quickly grew from 1 location to 3, covering 3 South Florida counties.

Mission: First Choice Neurology envisions patients receiving superior care in easy to access locations delivered by highly qualified physicians and friendly, caring staff. First Choice Neurology’s mission is to ensure that this occurs. First Choice Infusion Centers are an extension of the vision and a method to achieve the mission.
