Living an Inspiring Life - with Lupus

This warrior is not letting Lupus dull her shine.
“I was diagnosed with Lupus days after my 33rd birthday this year in February. Lupus has really turned my life upside down. However, I am now mentally more resilient than ever before, and I am looking forward to exploring more of who I am.
I am an explorer by nature and have spent my adult life travelling the world, doing extreme sports, singing, and being a free womxn. I returned to the UK in 2018 due to poor mental health. Fitness and working out is something I love to do to let everything out. I found my love for fitness training and ended up working as a Personal trainer because motivating people comes naturally to me. Now that I have Lupus, I have to adapt again, and although I can’t train like I used to, I can still help others. I have a YouTube channel called “SimplySybella” where I talk about my challenging life experiences; being black, living in poverty, and growing up and learning to redefine myself against all odds. Life is a story book and my purpose is to share mine to connect with others.”
