NICA’s Infusion Center Spotlight aims to recognize the exemplary infusion providers who have supported NICA’s mission through membership. Provider members operate stand-alone infusion centers that improve patients’ access to high-quality and cost-effective care in the communities they serve.
Our first Infusion Center Spotlight highlights the centers of one of NICA’s earliest and most engaged Provider Members: Wasatch Infusion.
History: Wasatch Infusion has been serving the needs of patients and their physicians since 2010. They provide intravenous (IV) therapy for an array of medical conditions. They infuse specialty medications, antibiotics, and also provide wellness infusions. In addition to IV therapy, Wasatch Infusion also provides other infusion-related services like PICC line insertion, therapeutic phlebotomy and IV line care.
Mission: To provide low-cost, high-value infusion services in a safe and comfortable environment.
Wasatch Infusion Centers currently offer their patients infusion care 365 days a year at two locations in Utah and are planning on expanding to serve more patients across the state in the near future.

Wasatch Infusion opened the doors of its second infusion center on December 5, 2018, to expand service for patients in western Utah and eastern Nevada regions. This location has four private spa-like rooms, with a total of six recliner chairs where patients can relax in a home-like setting while receiving their IV therapy. Each room has high-speed internet, a television, a private restroom, access to Netflix and Hulu, online movies, and complimentary snacks and drinks.
Amenities: At Wasatch Infusion, patients enjoy premium amenities such as private, climate-controlled infusion rooms equipped with a comfortable recliner, adjustable lighting, and a television. While patients are receiving their infusion, they can also enjoy free WiFi, snacks, drinks, pillows, and blankets to make long infusion days more comfortable.

Wellness Infusions: Wasatch also offers a variety of non-medical infusions that contain blends of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids that provide symptom relief from common ailments such as hangovers, colds, migraines, etc. Wellness infusions do not require a physician prescription. Other Services: Wasatch Infusion provides its patients with comprehensive infusion care and can perform additional infusion services such as PICC lines, MID lines, dual lumen lines, therapeutic phlebotomy, port access and flushes, and dressing changes, all at a fraction of the cost of the hospital.
