NICA’s Infusion Center Spotlight aims to recognize the exemplary infusion providers who have supported NICA’s mission through Elite Provider Membership. Provider members operate infusion centers that improve patients’ access to high-quality and cost-effective care in the communities they serve.
History: Froedtert Home & Specialty Infusion has been in operation for nearly a decade and was developed by our Pharmacy Leadership and a Resident within a large, multi-faceted hospital system in Wisconsin. They identified a need for patients to safely transition from the acute care hospital setting to the home, while still requiring IV medications.
Also, for patients who have a rare or chronic health condition that needs on-going treatment we offer Specialty Infusion at any of our 9 infusion suites within health center locations as well as within patient home settings throughout Wisconsin and Illinois to address the evolving demands in health care, including payer site of care requirements. We provide a broad range of infused and injected specialty medication products.
Our team of pharmacists and nurses helps coordinate care with your care team. We schedule nursing services, provide all the necessary equipment, and work closely with you to address your needs and questions. Ensuring this complex process is smooth and easy for everyone involved is important to us.

Locations: Froedtert Home & Specialty Infusion currently has 9 Specialty Infusion Suite locations serving the eastern part of Wisconsin. We have sites in Appleton, Oshkosh, and Manitowoc to the north, throughout the metropolitan Milwaukee area, Waukesha to the west and Oak Creek and Kenosha to the south.

We also operate 9 Specialty Infusion Suites in the eastern part of Wisconsin. We provide treatment for various chronic and rare health conditions including immunodeficiency, gastroenterological issues such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, neurological disease, endocrine disorders, along with many others
