NICA’s Infusion Center Spotlight aims to recognize the exemplary infusion providers who have supported NICA’s mission through Elite Provider Membership. Provider members operate infusion centers that improve patients’ access to high-quality and cost-effective care in the communities they serve.
History: Founded in 2023 by Hy-Vee, Inc., Hy-Vee Health Infusion Care was created as a physician-owned ambulatory infusion medical practice to provide patients with easier and more affordable access to infusion treatments. At Hy-Vee Health Infusion Care, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with both our patients — and their providers — as we work together to improve patients’ health outcomes.
Mission: At Hy-Vee Health Infusion Care, we are focused on providing patients with access to high-quality, affordable infusion therapy and other specialized services. Our infusion model is designed around our patients — and they are our No. 1 priority. We strive to create only the best patient experience, bringing compassion, comfort and care to our practice.
Hy-Vee currently operates two locations:

- Chicago, Illinois 1 E. Erie St. Suite 640
Amenities: We are focused on making our patients’ infusion visits as comfortable as possible. Within our clinics, patients have the option to receive their treatment in either a private or semi-private treatment room. We also offer several free amenities including comfortable reclining chairs — including a bariatric chair — blankets and pillows, as well as tablets and Wi-Fi.
