NICA’s Infusion Center Spotlight aims to recognize the exemplary infusion providers who have supported NICA’s mission through Elite Provider Membership. Provider members operate infusion centers that improve patients’ access to high-quality and cost-effective care in the communities they serve.
History: Local Infusion's founder and co-founder came from the infusion center management world; and have over ten years experience operating infusion centers. Local Infusion was founded on the principal to provide an outstanding patient experience, best in class care, and standardize operations. Through technology, people, and process, we have succeeded and hold a patient satisfaction score of 98 across all centers. Our technology capabilities have allowed us to get patients on service 4x faster, while reducing administrative burden on our provider partners. We aim to expand our operations to offer this experience to as many patients as possible while improving access to care.

Currently, we have over 20 locations across Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, and we will be opening in two additional markets this year. Stay tuned for our expansion plans!
Amenities: Our locations offer convenient and accessible parking, private suites with room for a family member, ALL amenities patients need to feel as though they are in the comfort of their own home. We pride ourselves in being able to offer weekend and evening appointment times to fit our patients busy schedules. Our patients love the privacy and ability to rest, or take a work call right from their treatment room.
Services Provided by Local Infusion:
We administer all chronic condition therapies that can safely be given in an outpatient setting, including immune therapies for oncology conditions. The top conditions we treat include multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and thyroid eye disease. Our formulary continues to grow, and we currently offer over 150 + infusible and injectable medications treating over 75 various conditions.
